LEXAN™ EXL6013 Polycarbonate Resin is an Impact Modified Polycarbonate Siloxane Copolymer Material engineered for applications requiring High Toughness, Chemical Resistance, and Low Temperature Ductility. This grade is designed to deliver reliable mechanical performance in environments where impact durability and resistance to environmental stress are critical.
In applications exposed to Mechanical Shock and Repeated Impact, materials must absorb energy without cracking or failure. This grade is formulated to provide enhanced Impact Resistance across a wide operating range, delivering dependable Performance at Low Temperatures down to -30°C, ensuring Structural Integrity in Cold and Dynamic Environments.
A key advantage of LEXAN™ EXL6013 Polycarbonate Resin is its High Viscosity Profile, which provides excellent melt strength during processing.
