Improved High Flow, Non-Brominated Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant

LEXAN™ EXL9111 Polycarbonate Resin is a Flame Retardant Polycarbonate Siloxane Copolymer material engineered for applications requiring High Flow Processability, Electrical Safety Performance, and reliable Mechanical Stability. This Opaque Grade features a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant System, making it suitable for Modern Electrical and Electronic Designs.

In applications where Flame Retardancy and Production Efficiency must be achieved together, material Flow Plays a critical Role. This Grade is formulated to deliver High Flow Characteristics, enabling Rapid Mold Filling and efficient Production of Complex Geometries. This supports reduced Cycle time and improved Manufacturing Throughput, making it Ideal for High-Volume Molding Operations.

A Key Advantage of LEXAN™ EXL9111 Polycarbonate Resin is its ability to achieve UL94 V 0 Rating from 1.20 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, providing reliable Flame performance across a Wide Thickness Range.
