LEXAN™ EXL9330 Polycarbonate Resin is a Flame Retardant Polycarbonate Siloxane Copolymer material engineered for applications requiring Extreme Low Temperature Ductility, UV Stability, and Advanced Electrical Safety Performance. This Opaque Grade features a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant System, making it suitable for the Most demanding Outdoor and Harsh-Environment applications.

In Environments exposed to Severe Cold and Continuous Outdoor Exposure, material performance becomes critical to System Reliability. This Grade is formulated to deliver Exceptional Impact performance at -60°C, allowing components to Resist Brittle Failure while maintaining Mechanical Integrity in Extreme Cold Conditions, even in Arctic or High-Altitude Environments.

A Key Advantage of LEXAN™ EXL9330 Polycarbonate Resin is its ability to achieve UL94 V 0 Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, ensuring reliable Flame Retardant performance across standard Design Ranges. This supports Electrical Safety Compliance and Fire Protection in critical applications.

The material is enhanced with UV Stabilization, helping Prevent degradation from Prolonged Sunlight Exposure. This ensures Long-Term Durability, Color Retention, and Surface Stability, making it Ideal for components exposed to Outdoor Weathering and Environmental Stress.

Compared to other FR Grades, this material represents the Highest Level of Cold Temperature Capability, extending performance Down to -60°C while Retaining Strength and Flexibility. This allows Designers to use the material in Extreme Climate applications where standard Polymers may Fail.

With its balanced Flow Characteristics, the Resin provides controlled Mold Filling while maintaining Dimensional Accuracy. This supports reliable Processing, consistent Geometry, and High-Quality Part Reproduction, even in Complex or Structural Designs.

Despite its Extreme performance Capabilities, the Siloxane-Modified Structure ensures Strong Impact Resistance and Resistance to Crack Propagation, enabling Durability under Dynamic Loads and Environmental Stress.

The Non Halogenated Flame Retardant System aligns with Modern Environmental and Regulatory Requirements, offering safer material selection while maintaining High Fire Performance.

From a Dimensional Standpoint, the material maintains stable Geometry during both Processing and Service, supporting Precise Fit, Assembly Accuracy, and Long-Term Structural Reliability.

LEXAN™ EXL9330 Polycarbonate Resin is also RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
