LEXAN™ EXL9414 Polycarbonate Resin is a Flame Retardant Polycarbonate Siloxane Copolymer material engineered for applications requiring Thin Wall Flame Performance, Low Temperature Ductility, and enhanced Processing Efficiency. This Opaque Grade features a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant System, making it suitable for Modern Electrical and Electronic components requiring Compliant material Solutions.
In applications where Compact Design and Material Efficiency are Critical, achieving Flame Retardancy at reduced Thickness is Essential. This Grade is formulated to deliver UL94 V 2 Rating from 0.60 mm to 0.80 mm Thickness, enabling reliable Flame performance in Ultra-Thin Sections, supporting Miniaturized and Space-Saving Component Designs.
A Key Advantage of LEXAN™ EXL9414 Polycarbonate Resin is its ability to maintain Low Temperature Ductility at -40°C, ensuring components retain flexibility and Resist Cracking under Cold Operating Conditions.
