LEXAN™ EXL9414P Polycarbonate Resin is a Flame Retardant Polycarbonate Siloxane Copolymer developed for Ultra-Thin Wall Flame Performance, Low Temperature Ductility, and High-Efficiency Processing. This Opaque Engineering Resin Utilizes a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant System, making it well suited for Compact Electrical Devices, Advanced Electronics, and Miniaturized Housing applications.

In highly Space-Constrained Designs, where Component Thickness is pushed to its Limits, LEXAN™ EXL9414P Polycarbonate Resin delivers UL94 V-0 Flame performance at 0.80 mm Thickness. This enables Engineers to achieve Stringent Fire Safety requirements in Ultra-Thin Geometries while supporting Lightweight, Compact Product Architectures.

Designed for Cold Environment Reliability, LEXAN™ EXL9414P Polycarbonate Resin maintains excellent Low Temperature Ductility at -40°C. This ensures Thin-Walled Parts remain Tough and resistant to Brittle Fracture, even when exposed to demanding Outdoor or Low-Temperature Operating Conditions.
