LEXAN™ HFD1262 Polycarbonate Resin is a Transparent Polycarbonate Copolymer engineered for applications requiring High Flow Processability, UV Filtering Capability, and consistent Low-Temperature Performance. This Non-Reinforced Grade Integrates a 400 Nm UV Cutoff, making it suitable for components where Protection from UV Light exposure is required alongside Optical Clarity.

In Manufacturing Environments where Complex Geometries or Thin-Wall Sections are Involved, LEXAN™ HFD1262 Polycarbonate Resin demonstrates High Flow behavior that supports efficient Mold Filling and improved Cycle Consistency. This enables stable Production with reduced Pressure Requirements, helping maintain Repeatability in High-Volume Processing.

Performance in Cooler Conditions is maintained with Ductility Down to -20°C, allowing Parts to Resist Cracking and retain flexibility when exposed to Moderate Cold Environments. This ensures Dependable Operation in applications that Encounter Temperature Variation during use.
