LEXAN™ HFD1711 Unique Transparent Clear Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin

LEXAN™ HFD1711 Polycarbonate Resin is a Transparent Polycarbonate Copolymer developed for applications requiring High Flow Processing, Optical Clarity, and reliable performance in standard Temperature Environments. This Non-Reinforced, Non-Flame Retardant Grade is designed to support efficient Manufacturing while maintaining consistent Mechanical properties in Everyday use Conditions.

For Injection-Molded components with Complex Shapes or Thin-Wall Features, the Resin provides good High-Flow Behavior, allowing Smooth and uniform Filling during Processing. This supports reduced Injection Pressure, stable Molding Conditions, and improved Productivity, particularly in High-Volume Production where Consistency is Essential.

In Terms of Temperature Performance, the material offers Ductility Down to -10°C, ensuring that Parts retain flexibility and Resist Cracking under Mild Cold Conditions. This makes it suitable for applications where exposure to Lower Temperatures is Present but does not Reach Extreme Environments.

The Transparent formulation enables Clear Light Transmission and Clean Surface Appearance, supporting applications that require Visibility, Inspection Access, or Aesthetic Quality. This allows Designers to achieve Visually consistent components without Sacrificing Mechanical Reliability.

The Resin is also RoHS Compliant, supporting alignment with Global Environmental and Regulatory Standards.
