LEXAN™ HFD4412 Polycarbonate Resin is a Transparent Polycarbonate Copolymer Reinforced with 20% Glass Fiber, designed to deliver High Structural Stiffness, efficient Processing through High Flow Behavior, and Dependable Low-Temperature Performance. This Non-Flame Retardant Grade is developed for applications where Mechanical Strength and Dimensional Control are Prioritized alongside Production Efficiency.

For components subjected to Higher Mechanical Loads or Structural Demands, the increased Glass Fiber content significantly Improves Rigidity and Resistance to Deformation. compared to Lower Reinforced Grades, this formulation provides enhanced Load-Bearing capability and Dimensional Stability, making it suitable for Parts that must maintain Shape under Stress.

Despite the Elevated Reinforcement Level, LEXAN™ HFD4412 Polycarbonate Resin retains Good Flow Characteristics, enabling Effective Mold Filling even in Complex Geometries.
