LEXAN™ ML6411 Opaque Polycarbonate Resin. Copolymer Flame Retardant

LEXAN™ ML6411 Polycarbonate Resin is an Opaque Polycarbonate Copolymer formulated to deliver Flame Retardant Performance, High Flow Processing, and reliable Mechanical Durability for General-Purpose applications. This Grade Incorporates a Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant System, supporting Modern requirements for safer and more Environmentally Aligned material Solutions.

In applications where Fire Safety and efficient Manufacturability must be achieved together, this Resin provides a practical balance between performance and Processing. Its High Flow behavior enables Smooth Mold Filling, even in Complex or Thin-Wall Geometries, helping reduce Injection Pressure and Improve Production Consistency. This makes it well suited for High-Volume applications requiring stable and Repeatable Output.

The material also maintains good Ductility at Lower Temperatures, allowing components to Resist Cracking and retain flexibility under Moderate Cold Conditions.
