LEXAN™ SLX2432T Polycarbonate Resin is a Transparent Copolymer designed for Outdoor applications where UV Stability, balanced Processing, and Integrated Flame performance are required. The material is engineered to maintain Optical Clarity and Structural reliability in Environments exposed to Long-Term Weathering and Environmental Stress.
Outdoor exposure often Leads to Yellowing and Surface degradation in Conventional Materials. LEXAN™ SLX2432T Polycarbonate Resin Addresses this through enhanced UV Stabilization, allowing components to retain Transparency and Visual Quality over time. This ensures that both appearance and performance remain Consistent, even after Prolonged Sunlight Exposure.
Processing behavior is Tuned through a Medium Viscosity Profile, offering a balance between Flow Efficiency and Dimensional Control. This allows reliable Mold Filling while maintaining accurate Part Geometry, supporting consistent Production Outcomes. Easy Release characteristics further Improve Demolding, reducing Tool Interaction and helping maintain Surface Integrity during Manufacturing.

LEXAN™ SLX2432T Polycarbonate Resin Achieves UL94 V-2 Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, making it suitable for applications where Outdoor Durability must be combined with Basic Fire Safety Requirements.
