LEXAN™ XHT1171 Polycarbonate Resin is an Opaque High Heat Polycarbonate Copolymer engineered for applications requiring Continuous Thermal Resistance Up to 145°C combined with Exceptional High-Flow Molding Capability. This Non-Reinforced Engineering Thermoplastic is optimized for Detailed, Thin-Wall, and Geometrically Complex Part Designs, where both Thermal performance and Mold Fill behavior are Critical.
A Defining Feature of LEXAN™ XHT1171 Polycarbonate Resin is its Superior Flow Performance, which enables efficient Filling of Intricate Mold Sections such as Fine Ribs, Micro Features, and Long Flow Paths.
