LEXAN™ XHT4143 Polycarbonate Resin is an Opaque Polycarbonate Copolymer engineered to deliver Extreme High Heat Resistance, UV Durability, and consistent Processing Performance. This Non-Reinforced Grade is designed for applications Operating at Temperatures Up to 175°C, while maintaining Stability under Environmental exposure such as Light and Outdoor Conditions.

For applications combining Intense Thermal Stress with Environmental Exposure, maintaining both Structural Integrity and Surface appearance is Critical. This formulation Incorporates a UV Stabilizer, helping to reduce Discoloration and degradation caused by Prolonged Light Exposure. as a Result, components preserve Mechanical properties and Visual Consistency, even in Outdoor or High-Temperature Environments.

The Resin Exhibits Good Flow Characteristics, enabling reliable Filling of Molds across a Variety of Geometries. This supports efficient Processing while maintaining Dimensional Accuracy, allowing manufacturers to achieve consistent Part Quality and stable Production Cycles.
