Manufactured from ULTEM™ 1000B Polyetherimide (PEI) Resin, this Advanced Film combines Exceptional Heat Resistance, Inherent Flame Retardancy, Outstanding Dielectric performance and Low Moisture Absorption, making it a preferred material for Electrical Insulation, Electronics, Aerospace and Industrial Systems where reliability is Critical.

Engineered specifically for demanding Environments, ULTEM™ 1000B Film offers Outstanding Thermal performance with a High Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) of 217°C. The material features a Translucent appearance with a Polished Matte Surface, providing a unique balance of Aesthetics and Functionality. The Matte Finish Improves Handling and Processing while maintaining a Professional appearance suitable for Advanced Electronic and Industrial Assemblies.

Another important Advantage of ULTEM™ 1000B Film is its excellent Compatibility with Advanced Metallization and Lamination Processes. The material can be Sputter-Coated with Copper, Heat-Fused with Copper and Processed through Thermal Lamination Techniques, making it a Versatile Substrate for Flexible Electronics, Printed Circuits, Electrical Insulation Laminates and specialized Electronic Assemblies.

Available Thickness options include 0.025 mm, 0.038 mm, 0.050 mm, 0.075 mm, 0.100 mm, 0.125 mm and 0.175 mm. The 0.025 mm, 0.038 mm and 0.050 mm Grades are Supplied with a Matte/Matte Surface Finish, while Thicker Gauges are available for applications requiring greater Mechanical Strength and Insulation Performance.
