LEXAN™ 3412ECR Polycarbonate Resin is a High Viscosity Flame Retardant Engineering Thermoplastic Developed for Applications requiring Enhanced Mechanical Strength, Reliable Fire Safety Performance and Excellent Dimensional Stability. Reinforced with 20% Glass Fibre, this Opaque Polycarbonate Grade delivers Improved Rigidity and Structural Integrity for Electrical, Electronic and Industrial Components operating in Demanding Environments.
The 20% Glass Reinforcement significantly Enhances Strength and Stiffness while Improving Resistance to Deformation under Load. This Reinforced Structure supports the Production of Durable Components that Require Long-Term Mechanical Reliability and Precise Dimensional Performance.
LEXAN™ 3412ECR features a High Viscosity Formulation that provides Excellent Melt Strength and Stable Processing Behaviour. These Processing Characteristics are Particularly Beneficial for Manufacturing Components with Demanding Structural Requirements while maintaining Consistent Part Quality.
The Material Incorporates added Easy Release Technology to Improve Mould Release Efficiency during Injection Moulding Operations. This Advantage helps Reduce Processing Interruptions, Improves Productivity and Minimizes the Risk of Part Damage during Ejection.
