LEXAN™ 500R Polycarbonate Resin is a High Performance Flame Retardant Engineering Thermoplastic Developed for Applications requiring Excellent Mechanical Strength, Enhanced Dimensional Stability and Reliable Fire Safety Performance. This Opaque Coloured Polycarbonate Grade features 10% Glass Reinforcement and added Easy Release Technology, making it suitable for Electrical, Electronic and Industrial Components that Demand Long-Term Reliability.

The 10% Glass Reinforcement Improves Strength, Stiffness and Structural Stability compared with Unreinforced Polycarbonate Grades. This Reinforcement helps Components Maintain Accurate Dimensions and Reliable Mechanical Performance under Load, making LEXAN™ 500R suitable for Precision and Structural Applications.
