LEXAN™ 503R Polycarbonate Resin is a High Performance Flame Retardant Engineering Thermoplastic Developed for Applications requiring Enhanced Structural Strength, UV Stability and Reliable Fire Safety Performance. This Opaque Polycarbonate Grade Combines 10% Glass Reinforcement, added Easy Release Technology and UV Stabilization, making it suitable for Electrical, Electronic and Industrial Components exposed to Demanding Service Conditions.

The 10% Glass Reinforcement Improves Strength, Stiffness and Dimensional Stability compared with Standard Unreinforced Polycarbonate Grades. This Enhanced Structural Performance helps Components Maintain Precise Dimensions and Mechanical Integrity during Long-Term Use and Mechanical Loading.

LEXAN™ 503R features a High Viscosity Formulation that provides Excellent Melt Strength and Stable Processing Characteristics. This Property supports the Manufacture of Durable Components while maintaining Consistent Part Quality and Reliable Moulding Performance.
