LEXAN™ 945U Polycarbonate Resin is a General Purpose Opaque Polycarbonate Grade Developed for Applications requiring Reliable Flame Retardancy, Enhanced UV Durability and Consistent Processing Performance. This Engineering Thermoplastic Combines Medium Flow Characteristics with added Easy Release Technology and UV Stabilization, making it suitable for Electrical, Electronic and Industrial Components exposed to Indoor and Outdoor Service Conditions.

The Medium Flow Formulation of LEXAN™ 945U provides an Excellent Balance between Processing Efficiency and Mechanical Performance. The Material supports Consistent Mould Filling while maintaining Good Dimensional Accuracy and Surface Quality, enabling the Production of High-Quality Components with Reliable Manufacturing Repeatability.

A Key Advantage of LEXAN™ 945U is its UV Stabilizer Package, which helps Protect Components against UV Exposure, Light-Induced Degradation and Environmental Aging.
