LEXAN™ BFL2010 Polycarbonate Resin is a Reinforced Flame Retardant Engineering Thermoplastic Developed for Applications requiring Enhanced Structural Performance, Excellent Processability and Reliable Fire Safety Compliance. This Opaque Polycarbonate Grade Combines 10% Glass Reinforcement with Improved Flow Characteristics and a Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant System, making it suitable for Electrical, Electronic and Industrial Components requiring Strength, Precision and Manufacturing Efficiency.
The 10% Glass Reinforcement Enhances Strength, Stiffness and Dimensional Stability compared with Standard Unreinforced Polycarbonate Grades. This Reinforced Structure helps Components Maintain Mechanical Integrity and Dimensional Accuracy under Continuous Load and Elevated Operating Conditions.
