LEXAN™ BPL1000 Polycarbonate Resin is a Low Viscosity Flame Retardant Engineering Thermoplastic Developed for Applications requiring Excellent Processability, Reliable Fire Safety and a Balanced Combination of Impact Strength and Heat Resistance. This Opaque Polycarbonate Grade Utilizes a Non-Brominated and Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant System with UV Stabilization, making it suitable for Electrical, Electronic and Industrial Components requiring Thin-Wall Design Capability and Long-Term Performance.
The Low Viscosity Formulation of LEXAN™ BPL1000 provides Improved Flow Characteristics, enabling Efficient Mould Filling for Complex Geometries and Thin-Wall Components. This Enhanced Processability supports High Productivity Manufacturing while maintaining Excellent Surface Quality and Consistent Dimensional Accuracy.
