LEXAN™ ML1655R Polycarbonate Resin is a General Purpose Flame Retardant Engineering Thermoplastic Developed for Applications requiring Reliable Fire Safety, Good Processing Performance and Long-Term Mechanical Durability. This Black Coloured Polycarbonate Grade Combines Medium Flow Characteristics with added Easy Release Technology, making it suitable for Electrical, Electronic and Industrial Components that Demand Consistent Quality and Manufacturing Efficiency.

The Medium Flow Formulation of LEXAN™ ML1655R provides an Excellent Balance between Processability and Mechanical Performance. The Material supports Efficient Mould Filling while maintaining Good Dimensional Stability, Surface Finish and Structural Integrity, enabling the Production of Precision Injection-Moulded Components.

A Key Advantage of LEXAN™ ML1655R is its added Easy Release Technology, which Facilitates Smooth Part Ejection during Moulding Operations.
