The Sophisticated LEXAN™ 121M Polycarbonate Resin fills Molds rapidly. Thin Sections Form with Greater Ease. Cycle Times can be optimized without Sacrificing Part Definition, making the material suitable for High Volume Manufacturing Environments.
LEXAN™ 121M Polycarbonate Resin provides a Clear Transparent appearance, supporting applications where Visibility or Light Transmission is Important.
The material maintains the Inherent Toughness of Polycarbonate. LEXAN™ 121M Polycarbonate Resin delivers Strong Impact Resistance, ensuring Durability in Everyday use and Protecting Components against Mechanical Stress.
Formulated without added Flame Retardant additives, LEXAN™ 121M Polycarbonate Resin is a Non Halogenated, Non FR Grade, offering a Simpler Composition while Achieving UL94 HB Classification from 0.70 mm to 3.00 mm.
This Grade is Ideal for applications where Processing Efficiency, Clarity, and Impact Strength must align, without the need for enhanced Flame Retardant Performance.
Typical Uses include Clear Housings, Consumer Product Components, Lighting Elements, and General Molded Parts, where High Flow enables Efficient Production while maintaining Quality.
