LEXAN™ 121R Polycarbonate Resin is a Transparent Polycarbonate Grade developed for General-Purpose Injection Molding applications requiring High Flow, excellent Clarity, and enhanced Processing Efficiency. designed to Combine Manufacturing Productivity with reliable Mechanical Performance, LEXAN™ 121R Polycarbonate Resin is well suited for Complex Molded components where consistent Filling and Part Quality are Important.
The High-Flow characteristics of LEXAN™ 121R Resin enable efficient Mold Filling, making it easier to produce Detailed Geometries, Thin-Wall Sections, and Intricate Features. This Processing Advantage can contribute to reduce Injection Pressures and improved Cycle Efficiency, supporting High-Volume Manufacturing Environments.
To further Enhance Molding Performance, LEXAN™ 121R Polycarbonate Resin Incorporates easy Release Technology, helping Parts Eject Smoothly from the Mold.
