LEXAN™ 123 Polycarbonate Resin is a Transparent, UV Stabilized Polycarbonate Material developed for Applications requiring High Flow Processing, Optical Clarity, and reliable Mechanical Performance. As part of the LEXAN™ 100 Series, this Non-Reinforced Grade is designed to support a broad range of Injection Molding Requirements through its Low Viscosity Profile and consistent Processing Characteristics.
A key advantage of LEXAN™ 123 Polycarbonate Resin is its High Flow Behavior. The Low Viscosity Formulation enables Fast Mold Filling, allowing efficient production of Complex Geometries and detailed Components. This supports shorter Cycle Times, improved Productivity, and consistent Part Replication in High-Volume Manufacturing Environments.
The Material also offers Good Hydrolytic Stability, helping maintain Performance when exposed to Moisture during Processing and Service Life.
