LEXAN™ 123 Polycarbonate Resin is a UV Stabilized, High Flow Material Designed for Transparent Clear Applications. It belongs to the LEXAN™ 100 Series, which offers a wide Range of Viscosities to support various Processing requirement. This Grade is Non Reinforced and contains no added Flame Retardants. It is UL94 HB Rated in Thicknesses from 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm.
This Grade offers Low Viscosity, allowing easy flow and Fast Mold Filling. It provides Good Hydrolytic Stability and Consistent Release from Molds. LEXAN™ 123 Polycarbonate Resin has UV Stabilizers to ensure that the Resin maintains Clarity and Performance even with Outdoor or High Light Exposure.
LEXAN™ 100 Series Resins Support a broad range of Applications, including Electrical Components, where Thermal Resistance is Crucial. For Lighting Applications, the Resin offers Fast Cycle Times and Excellent Clarity. in Telecommunications, the UL94 HB Rating meets basic Safety Requirements. Its Optical Quality makes it Suitable for Eyewear, and Its Toughness Supports Automotive Lighting Durability.
