LEXAN™ 123M Polycarbonate Resin is a Transparent Polycarbonate Grade engineered to Combine High Flow Performance, UV Stability, and enhanced Processing Efficiency in a Single material Platform. Designed for General-Purpose applications, LEXAN™ 123M Polycarbonate Resin enables the Production of Clear, durable components while supporting efficient Injection Molding Operations.
What Distinguishes LEXAN™ 123M Resin from standard High-Flow Grades is the integration of both UV Stabilization and improved easy Release Technology. The UV Stabilization Package helps maintain Optical appearance and Mechanical performance during exposure to Light, reducing the Risk of Discoloration and Long-Term Degradation. As a Result, LEXAN™ 123M Polycarbonate Resin is well suited for applications where Transparency and appearance Retention are Important.
From a Manufacturing Perspective, LEXAN™ 123M Polycarbonate Resin delivers excellent Mold-Filling capability Thanks to its unique High-Flow Characteristics. Complex Geometries, Thin-Wall Sections, and Intricate Details can be reproduced more efficiently while maintaining Part Consistency. The addition of improved easy Release further enhances Productivity by Promoting Smoother Demolding and reducing Mold Adhesion during Processing.

For Flame Performance, LEXAN™ 123M Resin Achieves UL94 HB Classification from 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, providing a Recognized Level of Fire performance without the use of additional Flame-Retardant Systems.
LEXAN™ 123M Polycarbonate Resin is also RoHS Compliant, supporting Compliance with Global Environmental and Regulatory Requirements.
