LEXAN™ 144H Resin is a Transparent Clear, FDA Grade Polycarbonate Resin engineered for applications requiring Compliance with Food Contact or Medical Use standards. The Material is designed for Reliable Processing in injection molding operations and is formulated with Easy Release Characteristics to improve mold release and production efficiency.
The Grade delivers Good Optical Clarity while maintaining Strong Mechanical Performance. LEXAN™ 144H Polycarbonate Resin balanced Formulation provides Good Impact Resistance, making it suitable for components that require Durability, Toughness, and Consistent appearance under normal service conditions.
This Grade features Medium Viscosity, enabling Stable Flow behavior during processing and supporting accurate part replication. LEXAN™ 144H Polycarbonate Resin is UL94 HB Rated from 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm, offering baseline Flame performance suitable for general industrial and regulated applications withoiut any Flame Resistant additives
LEXAN™ 144H Polycarbonate Resin is available exclusively in Transparent Clear, supporting applications where Visibility, Cleanliness, and Aesthetic Quality are Important. As an FDA compliant Polycarbonate Resin, it is commonly selected for parts used in Food Handling Equipment, Medical Devices, and Laboratory Components.
