LEXAN™ AVP TLL80CU Polycarbonate Resin is designed for Manufacturers who require consistent Performance across Wide Processing Conditions. This Transparent Grade delivers High Flow behaviour combined with controlled Specification Targets, making it Ideal for Stable, Repeatable Production.
This Polycarbonate Resin is formulated with a Target Melt Flow Rate Around 20 MFR, allowing reliable performance across Broader Processing Windows. This Flexibility helps maintain Part Quality even when Operating conditions vary between Production Runs or Different Tooling Setups.
LEXAN™ AVP TLL80CU Polycarbonate Resin provides a Clear Transparent appearance, supporting applications where Visibility or Light Transmission is required alongside Manufacturing Consistency.
The material incorporates a UV Stabilizer, helping reduce degradation caused by Light Exposure. This support Longer Service Life in applications where Parts are exposed to Indoor Lighting or Indirect Outdoor Conditions.
From a Safety Standpoint, LEXAN™ AVP TLL80CU Polycarbonate Resin Achieves UL94-V2 Classification from 1.5 mm to 2.3 mm, offering a Practical Level of Flame Performance for General Applications.
Processing Efficiency is one of its Core Advantages. The High Flow formulation enables Easier Filling of Complex Geometries, reducing the Likelihood of Short Shots and supporting Improved Cycle Consistency during Molding.
