LEXAN™ HF1130 Polycarbonate Resin is a Transparent Clear Polycarbonate Grade designed to deliver High Flow Processability, UV Durability, and enhanced Flame Performance.
Developed for General-Purpose Molding applications, LEXAN™ HF1130 Polycarbonate Resin combines Manufacturing Efficiency with Long-Term appearance Retention.
The High-Flow formulation of LEXAN™ HF1130 Polycarbonate Resin enables efficient Molding of Complex Geometries and Thin-Wall Components. This supports Faster Production Cycles while maintaining good Dimensional Consistency and Surface Quality. LEXAN™ HF1130 Resin is particularly Effective for applications where Mold Filling Efficiency is a Key Requirement.
A Distinguishing Feature of LEXAN™ HF1130 Polycarbonate Resin is its added UV Stabilizer. This Enhancement helps reduce Yellowing and material degradation caused by Prolonged exposure to Light, allowing components to maintain their Transparency and Aesthetic appearance over time.
The Transparent Clear appearance of LEXAN™ HF1130 Polycarbonate Resin delivers excellent Optical Quality and Light Transmission. Combined with good Impact Resistance, the material offers a practical balance of Clarity, Durability, and Processing Efficiency.
In addition, LEXAN™ HF1130 Polycarbonate Resin Achieves an improved UL94 V-2 Flame Classification, supporting applications that require a Higher Level of Flame performance while maintaining Optical Clarity.
For Flame Performance, LEXAN™ HF1130 Resin Achieves UL94 V-2 Classification from 1.20 mm to 6.00 mm Thickness.
LEXAN™ HF1130 Polycarbonate Resin is also RoHS Compliant, supporting alignment with Global Environmental and Regulatory Requirements.
