This Transparent Polycarbonate Grade is optimized for demanding Molding Operations requiring Rapid Cavity Filling and efficient Processing.
The Extremely Low Viscosity of LEXAN™ HF1840R Polycarbonate Resin allows the material to Flow Easily through Thin-Wall Sections and Complex Geometries. This helps support Shorter Cycle Times and improved Molding Efficiency.
LEXAN™ HF1840R Polycarbonate Resin Incorporates easy Release Technology, Improving Demolding performance and Promoting Smoother Production. The material is also FDA Food Contact Compliant, making it suitable for Regulated Consumer and Food-Related applications.
