LEXAN™ LS1 Resin is a High-Performance Transparent Polycarbonate Resin specifically developed for Automotive Lighting applications, offering Exceptional Optical Clarity, High Impact Strength and excellent Processing Characteristics. This specialized Grade is AMECA Listed for Vehicle Headlamp Lighting applications, making it a Trusted material Choice for Automotive manufacturers requiring High-Quality Lighting components with Proven Regulatory Acceptance.
Engineered with Advanced UV Stabilization Technology, LEXAN™ LS1 Resin provides excellent Resistance to Ultraviolet Degradation, helping maintain Optical performance and Long-Term appearance in demanding Outdoor Automotive Environments. The material is also Rated UL94 HB and UL746C F1, supporting applications requiring Durability and Weather Resistance.
A Key Advantage of LEXAN™ LS1 Resin is its Low Viscosity Formulation, which offers enhanced Flow compared to Higher Viscosity Grades such as LEXAN™ LS2 Resin.
