LEXAN™ HP1HFEU Resin is a Transparent Clear Healthcare Polycarbonate Material Developed for Medical and Healthcare Applications requiring Sterilization Resistance, High Processing Efficiency and Biocompatibility Compliance. Designed specifically for demanding medical manufacturing environments, LEXAN™ HP1HFEU combines Extreme High Flow Processing with Added Easy Release Technology, enabling the production of complex and precision-moulded transparent healthcare components.
LEXAN™ HP1HFEU Polycarbonate Resin is compatible with both Autoclave and Ethylene Oxide (EtO) Sterilization Processes. This capability allows medical devices manufactured from LEXAN™ HP1HFEU to maintain performance, appearance and structural integrity after repeated sterilization cycles commonly used in hospitals, laboratories and healthcare facilities.
Transparency is one of the key advantages of LEXAN™ HP1HFEU. The clear polycarbonate formulation offers excellent optical clarity, making LEXAN™ HP1HFEU Resin suitable for medical housings, diagnostic equipment, fluid handling components and healthcare devices where visual inspection and transparency are important requirements.
