LEXAN™ HP1R Resin is a High Flow Healthcare Polycarbonate Material developed for medical devices and healthcare components that require reliable sterilization performance, biocompatibility compliance and efficient manufacturing. Engineered for repeated exposure to healthcare sterilization processes, LEXAN™ HP1R combines excellent processability with Improved Easy Release Technology, making it a preferred material for precision medical moulding applications.
Designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern healthcare environments, LEXAN™ HP1R Polycarbonate Resin is compatible with both Autoclave and Ethylene Oxide (EtO) Sterilization Processes. LEXAN™ HP1R has been Biocompatibility Assessed according to ISO 10993 and USP Class VI standards.
