LEXAN™ HP2REU Resin is a Transparent Clear Healthcare Polycarbonate Material Developed specifically for European Medical and Healthcare Applications requiring Sterilization Compatibility, Biocompatibility Support and Reliable Manufacturing Performance. Combining Optical Clarity with High Flow Processing and Added Easy Release Technology, LEXAN™ HP2REU is designed to meet the demanding requirements of reusable medical devices and precision healthcare components.
LEXAN™ HP2REU Polycarbonate Resin is engineered to withstand both Autoclave and Ethylene Oxide (EtO) Sterilization Processes commonly used in healthcare environments. Components manufactured from LEXAN™ HP2REU maintain their dimensional stability, transparency and mechanical integrity through repeated sterilization cycles, making the material suitable for reusable medical equipment and healthcare systems.
Transparency is one of the defining characteristics of LEXAN™ HP2REU. The clear polycarbonate formulation provides excellent visual clarity, allowing medical professionals to inspect fluids, device operation and internal components when necessary.
