LEXAN™ HPS1R Resin is a Specialized Healthcare Polycarbonate Material Engineered for Critical Medical Disposable Products that require Outstanding Sterilization Compatibility, Radiation Resistance and Enhanced Manufacturing Efficiency. Developed for demanding healthcare environments, LEXAN™ HPS1R combines High Flow Processing with Extra Easy Release Technology, enabling the production of precision medical components while maintaining excellent productivity and part consistency.
LEXAN™ HPS1R Polycarbonate Resin is specifically designed to withstand a wide range of sterilization methods commonly used in the medical industry. Components manufactured from LEXAN™ HPS1R are suitable for Ethylene Oxide (EtO), Steam, Electron Beam (E-Beam) and Gamma Sterilization, providing healthcare manufacturers with exceptional flexibility when selecting sterilization processes for disposable medical products.
A key differentiator of LEXAN™ HPS1R is its Radiation Resistant Formulation.
