LEXAN™ HPS2REU Resin is a Transparent Clear Healthcare Polycarbonate Material Developed specifically for European Medical and Healthcare Applications that require Radiation Resistance, Sterilization Compatibility and Proven Biocompatibility Performance. Designed for disposable medical devices and healthcare components, LEXAN™ HPS2REU combines optical clarity, balanced flow characteristics and Added Easy Release Technology to support efficient manufacturing and dependable product performance.
LEXAN™ HPS2REU Polycarbonate Resin is engineered for compatibility with multiple sterilization methods commonly used throughout the healthcare industry. Components manufactured from LEXAN™ HPS2REU are suitable for Ethylene Oxide (EtO), Steam, Electron Beam (E-Beam) and Gamma Sterilization Processes, providing healthcare manufacturers with greater flexibility when selecting sterilization methods for critical medical products.
A defining feature of LEXAN™ HPS2REU is its Radiation Resistant Formulation.
