LEXAN™ HPS4 Resin is a Specialized Healthcare Polycarbonate Material Developed for Critical Medical Disposable Products requiring Radiation Resistance, Sterilization Compatibility and Consistent Long-Term Performance. Engineered for demanding healthcare environments, LEXAN™ HPS4 combines a Unique Low Flow Processing Profile with Added Easy Release Technology, making it an excellent choice for precision-moulded medical components where dimensional control and durability are essential.
When medical products must withstand multiple sterilization methods, LEXAN™ HPS4 Polycarbonate Resin provides exceptional versatility. Components manufactured from LEXAN™ HPS4 are suitable for Ethylene Oxide (EtO), Steam, Electron Beam (E-Beam) and Gamma Sterilization Processes. LEXAN™ HPS4 is specifically formulated as a Radiation Resistant Grade.
