LNP™ STAT KON® AE006 ABS Compound is developed for applications where Electrical Conductivity must be combined with Lightweight Structural Rigidity and Impact Performance. Based on an ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) Platform Reinforced with 30% Carbon Fiber, this Compound delivers Strong Mechanical properties in a Versatile and Process-Friendly Material.

LNP™ STAT KON® AE006 Compound Achieves High Stiffness through Significant Carbon Fiber Loading, enabling components to maintain Shape under Load while reducing Overall Weight compared to Traditional Materials. This makes it suitable for Structural applications where Rigidity and Weight Efficiency must Align.

Electrical performance is built into the material Structure. LNP™ STAT KON® AE006 Compound provides a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10¹ to 1×10⁴ Ω, Placing it in the Conductive to Low Static-Dissipative Range, Ideal for Effective Electrostatic Discharge Control.

Unlike Purely Brittle High Fiber Systems, the ABS Base contributes good Impact Resistance, allowing components to Absorb Mechanical Stress without Cracking. This support applications exposed to Handling, Vibration, or Intermittent Loading.

The formulation offers a balanced Mechanical Profile. LNP™ STAT KON® AE006 Compound combines Stiffness, Strength, and Toughness, making it suitable for Parts that must perform Structurally while also providing Electrical Functionality.

Processing remains efficient and adaptable. The material support stable Injection Molding, enabling consistent Production of complex Geometries with reliable Repeatability.

This Compound is not UL94 Listed, as it is optimized for Conductivity and Structural performance rather than Flame-Retardant Requirements.
