STAT-KON DD000P Compound. Polycarbonate Conductive Carbon Powder

High flow, Static Dissipative, Flame Retardant. Ease of Processing

LNP™ STAT-KON™ DD000P Compound is a High-Performance Polycarbonate (PC) Compound formulated with Conductive Carbon Powder Fillers to provide a unique combination of Electrical Conductivity, Flame Retardancy and Exceptional Processing Efficiency. designed for Electrical, Electronics, Industrial and Static-Control applications, STAT-KON™ DD000P offers reliable Conductivity together with High Flow Characteristics, enabling manufacturers to produce Complex Molded components with improved Productivity and consistent Quality.

Built on a Durable Polycarbonate Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DD000P Compound delivers the Toughness, Dimensional Stability and Mechanical performance Expected from Engineering-Grade Polycarbonate Materials. The Conductive Carbon Powder Technology creates a controlled Conductive Network throughout the Material, helping Dissipate Static Charge while maintaining Structural Integrity and Processability.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ DD000P is its Broad Electrical performance Range. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity of approximately 1 × 10³ to 1 × 10⁹ Ω, making it suitable for Conductive and Static Dissipative applications where Electrostatic Charge Control is Important. This performance helps protect Sensitive Electronic components and Equipment from the Risks Associated with Uncontrolled Electrostatic Discharge.

Unlike many Conductive Flame-Retardant Materials that can be Challenging to Process, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DD000P has Been engineered with High Flow Characteristics, allowing efficient Filling of Complex Mold Geometries and Thin-Wall Designs. This enhanced Flow performance supports Shorter Cycle Times, improved Manufacturing Efficiency and greater Design flexibility for Molded Components.

Another important benefit is its Flame-Retardant Formulation. The Compound is suitable for applications where both Conductivity and enhanced Fire performance are Required, enabling Engineers to address Multiple Design Objectives using a Single material Platform. combined with the Mechanical Strengths of Polycarbonate, this makes the material attractive for Electrical and Electronic Equipment applications.

The Polycarbonate Matrix contributes High Stiffness and High Strength, helping components maintain Dimensional Accuracy and Mechanical Durability under demanding Operating Conditions. The result is a Conductive Engineering material Capable of supporting both Structural and Electrostatic performance Requirements.

Because of its balance of Conductivity, Flame Retardancy and Processing Advantages, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DD000P Compound is commonly used in Electrical Housings, Electronic Enclosures, Automation Equipment, Industrial Control Systems, Static Dissipative components and Molded Parts requiring High Productivity during Manufacturing.

The Compound is particularly suitable for applications where manufacturers require a Conductive Flame-Retardant material that offers easier Processing and improved Mold Filling compared with Conventional highly Loaded Conductive Compounds.

In addition to its Electrical and Mechanical Advantages, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DD000P Compound is RoHS Compliant, supporting Compliance with Global Environmental Regulations that Restrict the use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment. This helps manufacturers meet Sustainability Objectives while maintaining Dependable Engineering Performance.
