LNP™ STAT KON® DE0029EC Polycarbonate Compound is developed for applications where Electrical Conductivity must be combined with Flame performance and efficient Manufacturability. This formulation uses a Polycarbonate Base Reinforced with 10% Carbon Fiber, delivering a reliable balance between Structural Rigidity and controlled Electrostatic Behaviour.

LNP™ STAT KON® DE0029EC Polycarbonate Compound provides Integrated Conductive Performance, achieving a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10¹ to 1×10⁶ Ω. This allows the material to Function across both Conductive and Static Dissipative applications, supporting Protection of Sensitive Electronic Systems.

Fire performance Expands its application Range. LNP™ STAT KON® DE0029EC Polycarbonate Compound meets UL94 HB Classification from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, providing a Level of Flame Resistance suitable for General Engineering and Electrical applications.

This Grade offers a practical balance between performance and Manufacturability, making it suitable for applications that require Conductivity without Moving into highly specialized or complex material Systems.

Typical applications include ESD Housings, Electrical Enclosures, Industrial Components, and Structural Parts, where Conductivity, Stiffness, and consistent Processing must work together.
