LNP™ STAT KON® DE006 Polycarbonate Compound is engineered to Function Less Like a Conventional Thermoplastic and more Like a Reinforced Structural material within Lightweight Design Systems. With a High 30% Carbon Fiber Loading, the Compound Transforms Polycarbonate into a Rigid Framework Capable of supporting Mechanical Loads while simultaneously providing Electrical Conductivity.
In Structural applications, Stiffness is not Just a Property — it defines how a Component resists deformation under Force. Materials used in these Roles must maintain Geometry, especially in Assemblies where Alignment, Precision, or Fit directly affect Performance.
