LNP™ STAT KON® DE006ER Polycarbonate Compound Sits at the Advanced End of Conductive Polycarbonate Materials, where High Reinforcement and Processing Efficiency must be achieved Simultaneously. With a Substantial 30% Carbon Fiber Loading, this Grade is engineered for applications that require both Structural Authority and controlled Electrical behaviour without Compromising Manufacturability.

In highly Reinforced Materials, performance often comes at the Cost of Difficult Processing. This Compound Addresses that Challenge Directly. It is specifically formulated with enhanced Mold Release and optimized Flow Behaviour, allowing complex Parts to be Produced Efficiently even with High Fiber Content. This ensures that Structural performance does not Introduce Manufacturing Penalties, a Key Advantage in Production Environments.

LNP™ STAT KON® DE006ER Polycarbonate Compound Establishes a Strong Internal Framework through its Carbon Fiber Network. This provides Two critical Functional Outcomes: High Stiffness for Load-Bearing Capability, and a Continuous Pathway for Electrostatic Discharge. Operating within a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁶ Ω, the material support both Conductive and Static-Dissipative requirements across a Wide range of applications.

The Mechanical behaviour reflects its Reinforcement Level. Components Resist Bending and deformation under Stress, making the material particularly suited for Rigid Structural Parts that must maintain Dimensional Accuracy over time. At the same time, the Polycarbonate Base contributes Impact Resilience, ensuring that Stiffness does not Come at the Expense of Durability.

LNP™ STAT KON® DE006ER Polycarbonate Compound also Carries a defined approach to Thermal and Electrical Safety. It Achieves UL94 V1 Classification at 1.5 mm, offering an Intermediate Level of Flame performance that support applications where both Electrical and Safety Considerations must be addressed together without Moving into Extreme Flame-Retardant Systems.

From a Production Standpoint, the formulation is designed to reduce Common Challenges Associated with High Fiber Materials, such as Sticking, Uneven Flow, or Inconsistent Surface Quality. The Easy Release characteristics allow for Smooth Part Ejection, Improving Cycle Efficiency and reducing Tooling Stress over time.
