LNP™ STAT KON® DEL13EXC Polycarbonate Compound is designed for applications where Mechanical Motion, Electrical Performance, and Durability must operate in Continuous Balance. This formulation combines Conductive Carbon Fiber with PTFE within a Polycarbonate Base, creating a material that Performs not only as a Structure, but also as an Active Interface in Moving Systems.
In Dynamic Environments, Wear and Friction often Determine the Lifespan of a Component. The Inclusion of PTFE within the Compound reduces Surface Friction, allowing Parts to Move against Each other with Less Resistance and reduced material Degradation. LNP™ STAT KON® DEL13EXC Polycarbonate Compound is Reinforced with 15% Carbon Fiber, which Serves Two critical Roles. First, it provides a Conductive Network that enables efficient Electrostatic Discharge. With a Surface Resistivity Ranging from 1×10¹ to 1×10⁴ Ω, the material Operates in the Conductive Range, allowing Rapid Charge Dissipation. Second, the Carbon Fiber enhances Stiffness, ensuring the material retains its Shape and Structural Integrity under Load.
The Polycarbonate Matrix contributes Impact Resistance and Overall Durability, allowing Parts to withstand Real-World Handling Conditions. This ensures that Conductivity and Wear performance are supported by a Strong Mechanical Foundation rather than Operating in Isolation.
