LNP™ STAT KON™ DEL13PXC Polycarbonate Resin is a High Flow, Electrically Conductive Engineering Thermoplastic developed for applications that require a Balance of Wear Resistance, Process Efficiency, and Structural Strength. This Polycarbonate Compound combines 15% Carbon Fiber with 5% PTFE, Bringing Together Conductivity, Stiffness, and Improved Surface Durability.
The Carbon Fiber Network delivers Electrical Conductivity and Reinforcement, while the PTFE content Reduces Friction and enhances Resistance to Wear. This Combination makes the material suitable for Parts Exposed to Sliding Contact or Repeated Mechanical Interaction where both Durability and controlled Conductivity are Important.
A Surface Resistivity range of 1.0E+02 to 1.0E+04 Ω allows LNP™ STAT KON™ DEL13PXC to provide effective Electrostatic Discharge Control while maintaining Stable Electrical Performance across Molded Components.
The High Flow formulation support easy Molding and Consistent Filling of Complex Geometries, helping achieve uniform Part Quality with Fewer Processing Challenges. This is particularly useful for Components with detailed features or variable Wall Thickness.
Strength and Stiffness are Maintained through Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, allowing Parts to retain Dimensional Stability under load while still benefiting from Improved Surface Durability provided by PTFE.
Typical Uses include Wear Resistant Conductive components, Sliding Assemblies, and ESD Sensitive Parts, where Friction Control, Structural Performance, and Electrical Functionality must Work Together.
LNP™ STAT KON™ DEL13PXC Polycarbonate Resin is UL94 HB at 1.5 mm supporting applications where Basic Flame Performance is Sufficient without requiring V Rated Materials.
The material is ROHS Compliant, making it Suitable for applications where Environmental Regulations must be considered alongside Technical Performance.
