LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL329E Compound is a High-Performance Polycarbonate Compound Reinforced with 10% Carbon Fiber and 15% PTFE, combining Electrical Conductivity, Structural Stiffness, Flame Retardancy and Outstanding Wear Resistance. Developed for demanding Industrial and Electronic applications, DEL329E provides a unique balance of Mechanical Durability and Conductivity.
The Incorporation of Carbon Fiber enhances Stiffness and Dimensional Stability, while PTFE significantly Improves Wear performance and Lowers Friction. This makes STAT-KON™ DEL329E particularly suitable for Moving Assemblies, Wear Surfaces, Electronic Handling Equipment and Precision Industrial Components.
A Key Advantage of LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL329E is its Conductive Performance, offering Surface Resistivity from 1×10¹ to 1×10⁶ Ω. This enables Static Control while maintaining Structural reliability in demanding Operating Environments.
The material also provides excellent Flame Performance, achieving UL94 V-0 at 1.5 mm Thickness.
