LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL329XF Compound is a High-Performance Polycarbonate (PC) Compound Reinforced with 10% Carbon Fiber and 15% PTFE, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Exceptional Wear Resistance, Flame Retardancy and High Structural Performance. Combining the Toughness of Polycarbonate with Conductive Carbon Fiber Technology and PTFE Lubrication, STAT-KON™ DEL329XF delivers an excellent balance of Stiffness, Strength, Low Friction performance and Electrostatic Protection for demanding Industrial, Electrical and Automation applications.
Built on a durable Polycarbonate Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL329XF Compound offers Outstanding Dimensional Stability, Impact Durability and Long-Term Mechanical Reliability. The 10% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement significantly Improves Stiffness and Strength while providing Electrical Conductivity, while the 15% PTFE content enhances Lubricity and Wear Resistance for applications Involving Sliding Contact and Continuous Mechanical Movement.
A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ DEL329XF is its Conductive Performance. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10² to 1 × 10⁶ Ω, making it suitable for Conductive and Static Dissipative applications where Protection against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) is Critical.
