LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL32P Compound is a High-Performance Polycarbonate (PC) Compound Reinforced with 10% Carbon Fiber and 15% PTFE, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, enhanced Wear Resistance, High Stiffness and excellent Processing Characteristics. Combining Conductive Carbon Fiber Technology with PTFE Lubrication, STAT-KON™ DEL32P delivers a unique combination of Structural Strength, Low Friction performance and Ease of Molding for Industrial, Electrical, Automation and Mechanical applications.

Built on a durable Polycarbonate Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL32P Compound provides excellent Dimensional Stability, Toughness and Long-Term Durability. The 10% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement significantly Improves Stiffness and Strength while providing a Conductive Pathway throughout the Material. The addition of 15% PTFE enhances Lubricity and Wear Resistance, helping reduce Friction and Extend Component Service Life in applications Involving Continuous Motion and repeated Contact.
