LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL339XF Compound is a High-Performance Polycarbonate (PC) Compound Reinforced with 15% Carbon Fiber and 15% PTFE, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Superior Wear Resistance, Flame Retardancy and Exceptional Structural Performance. Combining Conductive Carbon Fiber Technology with Advanced PTFE Lubrication, STAT-KON™ DEL339XF delivers a unique balance of Stiffness, Strength, Tribological performance and Processability for demanding Electrical, Industrial, Automation and Mechanical applications.
Built on a durable Polycarbonate Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL339XF Compound offers excellent Toughness, Dimensional Stability and Long-Term Durability. The 15% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement significantly enhances Rigidity, Strength and Structural Integrity, while the 15% PTFE content Improves Lubricity and Wear Resistance, helping reduce Friction and Extend Service Life in applications subjected to repeated Movement and Contact.
