LNP™ STAT KON® DEL33EC Polycarbonate Compound is engineered for applications where Precision Wear Performance, Electrical Conductivity, and Contamination Control must Operate Together. This advanced formulation combines Carbon Fiber Reinforcement with PTFE Lubrication in a Clean Compounding System designed for controlled Environments.

Solidly, LNP™ STAT KON® DEL33EC Polycarbonate Compound Integrates Carbon Fiber (≈15%) and PTFE (≈15%), delivering a balanced combination of Stiffness, Conductivity, and reduced Friction. The PTFE content lowers Surface Wear during Sliding Contact, while the Carbon Fiber contributes Structural Rigidity and Electrical Performance.

LNP™ STAT KON® DEL33EC Polycarbonate Compound performs reliably in Motion Based applications, where repeated Contact or Friction can Degrade Conventional Materials. The formulation helps extend Service Life while maintaining Dimensional Stability.

Cleanliness is Engineered into the Material. Produced using LNP Clean Compounding Technology, LNP™ STAT KON® DEL33EC Polycarbonate Compound offers Low Particle Generation, Low Ionic Contamination, and Low Outgassing. This makes it suitable for Sensitive Environments such as Electronics Manufacturing or controlled Industrial Systems.

Electrical Performance is controlled through the Conductive Network. The Compound achieves a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁶ Ω, enabling both Conductive and Static Dissipative behaviour depending on Application Conditions.

Processing remains practical despite the Complex Formulation. The material support consistent Molding Performance, allowing Precision components to be produced with Stable Geometry and Surface Quality.

LNP™ STAT KON® DEL33EC Polycarbonate Compound meets UL94 HB Classification from 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm, providing standard Flammability Performance for General Engineering applications.
