STAT-KON DEL36 Compound. Polycarbonate 30% Carbon and 15% Glass Fiber

Lightweight, Electrically Conductive, High Strength & High Stiffness

LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL36 Compound is a High-Performance Polycarbonate (PC) Compound Reinforced with 30% Carbon Fiber, engineered for applications requiring Exceptional Electrical Conductivity, High Stiffness, Superior Structural Strength and Lightweight Performance. Developed for demanding Industrial, Automation, Electronics and Engineering applications, STAT-KON™ DEL36 combines Outstanding Rigidity and Conductivity with the Durability of Polycarbonate, making it an Ideal material for Structural components requiring Electrostatic Control and Long-Term Dimensional Stability.

Built on a durable Polycarbonate Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL36 Compound delivers excellent Mechanical performance while maintaining the Toughness and Processing Advantages Associated with Polycarbonate Materials. The High 30% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement significantly Increases Stiffness, Tensile Strength and Modulus, enabling Designers to Replace Heavier Materials while maintaining Structural Integrity.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ DEL36 is its excellent Conductive Performance. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10¹ to 1 × 10⁴ Ω, making it suitable for highly Conductive and Static Dissipative applications where Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection is Critical. This Conductivity Level supports use in Semiconductor Equipment, Electronics Manufacturing Systems, Automation Components, Handling Fixtures and Conductive Structural Assemblies.

The High Carbon Fiber Loading contributes Exceptional Rigidity and Dimensional Stability. Components Molded from LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL36 Compound maintain Precision and performance under Mechanical Loading, making the material suitable for demanding Structural applications where Lightweight Strength is a Key Requirement.

Another important benefit is its excellent Strength-To-Weight Ratio. Compared with metallic Alternatives, the Compound enables Lightweight Component Design while Retaining High Stiffness and Mechanical Durability. This can Contribute to easier Handling, reduced System Weight and improved Manufacturing Efficiency.

The Polycarbonate Matrix provides excellent Toughness and Impact Resistance while supporting Dimensional Consistency across varying Operating Conditions. Combined with the Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, the material offers Long-Term reliability for Engineering applications requiring both Structural performance and Conductivity.

The Compound is formulated for applications where Structural Rigidity and Electrostatic Control are more critical than Flame-Retardant Certification. LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL36 Compound is not UL94 Listed, allowing the formulation to Focus on Conductivity and Mechanical Performance.

Because of its combination of Electrical Conductivity, Lightweight Structural performance and Exceptional Rigidity, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL36 Compound is widely used in Industrial Automation Equipment, Semiconductor Manufacturing Systems, Electronic Handling Devices, Conductive Fixtures, Structural Housings and Precision Engineering Components.

In addition to its Electrical and Mechanical Advantages, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL36 Compound is RoHS Compliant, supporting Compliance with Global Environmental Regulations while maintaining High-Performance Engineering Characteristics.
