LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEP23FXC Compound is a High-Performance Polycarbonate (PC) Compound Reinforced with 15% Carbon Fiber and 10% PTFE/Silicone, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Exceptional Wear Resistance, High Stiffness and Superior Processing Performance. by combining Conductive Carbon Fiber Reinforcement with Advanced PTFE/Silicone Lubrication Technology, STAT-KON™ DEP23FXC delivers an optimized balance of Structural Strength, Low Friction and Molding Efficiency for demanding Industrial, Automation and Electronic applications.
Built on a Durable Polycarbonate Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEP23FXC Compound provides excellent Toughness, Dimensional Stability and Long-Term Mechanical Performance. The 15% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement significantly Improves Stiffness, Strength and Conductivity, while the 10% PTFE/Silicone System enhances Wear Resistance and Lubricity, helping reduce Friction and Component Wear during Continuous Operation.
