LNP™ STAT-KON™ DJ000IXX3 Compound is a High-Performance Polycarbonate Copolymer Compound Utilizing Advanced Carbon Nanotube (CNT) Technology to deliver Electrical Conductivity, Exceptional Toughness, enhanced Ductility and excellent Processing Characteristics. Designed for demanding Electrical, Electronics, Industrial and Thin-Wall Molding applications, STAT-KON™ DJ000IXX3 combines reliable Conductivity with Superior Low-Temperature Impact Performance, making it an Ideal material for applications requiring both Durability and Electrostatic Control.

Built on a specialized Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DJ000IXX3 Compound offers improved Toughness and Ductility compared to Conventional Conductive Polycarbonate Materials. The Advanced CNT Reinforcement System creates an efficient Conductive Network while preserving the Resin's Mechanical Properties, enabling excellent Impact Resistance and Structural performance without the High Filler Loadings Associated with Traditional Conductive Technologies.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ DJ000IXX3 is its Conductive Performance. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10⁴ to 1 × 10⁷ Ω, making it suitable for Static Dissipative and Conductive applications requiring Protection against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).
